Tracy Ramirez is originally from Dundee, Illinois. She moved to Florida after graduating from law school. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University located in Washington, D.C. in 1991.

Tracy is very active in the community. Tracy is currently the President of the Georgetown University Alumni Association of Tampa Bay. Tracy is also very active in the equestrian community. She is a member of South Creek Foxhounds Hunt Club, which is based in Pasco County and is the proud owner of a nine year old Elite Hanoverian Mare
